“We had rented a boat for our sculler, after his row he said he really liked the boat, but it just didn’t feel right because he found the shoes to be too tight. He only had 15 mins until his race and was happy to fix it up later. Quick as a flash the boatman pulls the shoes out of the single, whips in another pair, all in the blink of an eye. We were all standing around a bit gobsmacked, and that won me over. The ease of changing shoes in a short period of time to improve the comfort of the rower and the feel of the boat was awesome. ”
